The standard fee for doctors, spouses, and practice managers is $1,500 per year. You can join for free as the guest of a current user - read on to see how.

Option 1: Joining for $1,500 per year
You have the option to join DocWorthy without any using any user referral code. However, in order to maintain this web community and constantly-increasing pages of content, as well as thousands of physicians and expert advisors using it, we need to charge a fee.

Note: As part of the initial promotion for DocWorthy, you will start by creating your account for free (see Option 3). After creating your account, please contact us for payment information. After receipt of payment, your account will be modified to remove the default referral code.
Option 2: Joining for free* as the guest of a current user
If you have been invited to join DocWorthy by a current user - such as another doctor or a professional you know - you can join for free. We will need to know who referred you; to determine this, we will need a code for the referring user. There are three ways you can give us this information:
  1. Clicking a special link provided by the referrer or included in an invitation email. When you do this, the referral code is automatically entered.
  2. Entering the referral code provided by the user. You will have the chance to enter this while creating your account. A referral code looks like this: A-BCDEFG-H.
  3. Finding the user who referred you by searching for their name. If you weren't provided a referral code, you can simply search for them by name.
Option 3: Joining for free* without being invited
DocWorthy can be made available to you for free even though you have not been formally invited by a current user. When you create an account without a referral code, you will automatically join as a guest of OJM Group, a nationwide consulting firm for doctors and physician practices and one of the pioneers behind the DocWorthy concept.
* What do I sacrifice by joining for free?
If you join through an existing user referral code, you have access to nearly all of the site and your membership is completely free. Those paying the $1,500 annual fee have access to 100% of the site. What is the difference? Let us explain.

Let's say a doctor named Dave joins DocWorthy through an advisor's referral code and that advisor is Asset Protection Attorney Al. If Dave does a search for asset protection attorneys on the site, he will only see Al. He will not see any other asset protection attorneys because he used Al's referral code to join the site for free and Al is a professional in the "asset protection attorney" category.

This is the only limitation of joining for free using the referral code. Dave can still see every one of the hundreds (soon to be thousands) of advisors in every other advisor category but Al's. He can still participate in all of the discussion boards and read every article in every content category. Further, if any asset protection attorneys write articles, Dave will also be able to see these profiles, even if they are asset protection attorneys because they contributed valuable content. He just couldn't have found them through an advisor search - a different tool on the site.

Thus, the short of it is this: is it worth it to you to spend $1,500 per year to see every advisor in every category in an advisor search? Or does it make more sense for you to get the site for free, knowing that while you see every advisor in all of the many other advisor categories (as well as all of the site content, discussion boards, etc.) you will be limited in your search when looking for advisors of the exact type who referred you here. Either way, welcome!
